Summary:	APC cache clearing algorithm needs adjustment
Description:	Hey Dav, The APC cache needs manual intervention again. I cleared it yesterday AM with respect to the bug report below. i checked it again this morning and we were receiving data errors again. Did another manual clear. Algorithm for automatic cache clearing should be revisited when time permits.
