Summary: Error in display of information when ticket is marked as a duplicate
Description:

Some recently filed bugs that have been closed as duplicates are not showing the duplicate ticket number in the summary section at the top of the ticket. A "0" or blank is displayed instead. Also,
in the change history, two "#" are being displayed rather than one. For example:

This ticket was marked as a duplicate of ##2527720

Is it possible that the developer is prefixing the ticket number with a "#" and one is also being added when the number is inserted in the DB? Just guessing.

That is the issue, the user put in the # when they submitted and when it was changed to an int to be saved, that converts to a 0.
