Add a UI element that would allow the user to toggle the display of closed items in the Milestone section of the project dashboard

Since we are primarily interested in open bug counts for the Milestone breakdown chart on the project dashboard page, it would be good to have a toggle which would suppress the display for the closed bug data. One suggestion might be to have a checkbox immediately under the left hand side of the chart :

[ ] Include closed bug information

can we add name to the search criteria on the "find a member" page

would be helpful to also be able to search by first and/or last name when trying to find a member since username for some folks does not have any correlation to either their first or last name.

Standardize all DataTable uses in the Bug Tracker

There are currently 3 different ways to display a DataTable in the Bug Tracker. They need to be standardized..

Developer Dashboard Reports need to be customizable

The reports on the Developer Dashboard are static and need to be customizable. The developer should be able to create a report via Custom Query, then have it displayed in a Tab on the page.

The only report that would be static then is the multi-project "needs addressed" tickets.

Replace all standard 2.x code with 3.x code.

All JS code needs to be migrated to 3.x, all new code should be written in 3.x.

Add the ability to create reports that are:

Closed in the last 30 days
Changed in the last 30 days
Created in the last 30 days

Add site page with core team members

yuilibrary.com should have a page listing the core team members and, most importantly, explaining which pieces of yui they are responsible for. This helps customers and contributors get to know the team behind the library. This helps contributors know who can help them with specific contributions. It will also help promote transparency in the YUI project.
