Summary: IE8: Offline Caching example doesn't persist values across pageviews
Description:

1. Set cache max to a number >0, click "Set max".
2. Enter "a" in the first key field, "b" in the value field. Click "Cache value".
3. Reload the page.
4. Enter "a" in the second key field. Click "Retrieve value"

Expected to see "b", but got "Value not cached".
