1. Column resize is broken in Basic example.

2. Browser locks up with >450 rows (reported by Pete Peterson).

Problem #2 is reproducible and not in DataTable code. Opera Mac XHR connection locks up for certain queries. This may
be due to some problematic piece of data. Investigation is continuing, but no forseen impact to Datatable.

Investigation continues on problem #1.

Problem number one was tracked down to the following cause:

Dom positioning is inaccurate for tables with captions.

Going to have to write a known issue for DataTable and open a Dom bug.

Since problem #1 depends on Dom bug, will investigate later.

Cannot get decent test case for problem #2. Tabling investigation for now.
