Add small overlays of content, like those on the iPad, to any element for housing secondary information.

The links are similar to gallery-bootstrap-tooltip, but also accept a data-content attribute for specifying the body content.

The links should look like:

<a href="#" class="btn btn-danger" rel="popover" title="A Title" data-content="And here's some amazing content. It's very engaging. right?">hover for popover</a>
