Met problems using firefox13 for overlay

When I put a textarea in the overlay body, under IE it looks ok and functions ok, but under FireFox13, the textarea size is different with IE and large exceed the body content, and more troubles, the textarea can't be focused and do input action. Click on any place on the overlay does no use to the textarea, dom function can set it's value.
I don't know whether this is a Firefox bug or YUI bug?
