Hi. I have spent a long time in the last few days looking at this and trying to figure it out with all the help, posts and examples, but I need some help.

I would like to have a list of fields (anything really) in a specific order on a page (List A) that can be dragged into another container and reordered in there (List B). I have this working well with the List Reorder w/Bubbling example. You can drag a field into the new list and move them around. If you want to remove a field you can drag it into the original list A. I only want a field used once so this gives me most of what I am after but the returned fields can go anywhere.

What I need is to be able to keep the original list of fields A in the same order so when one is dragged back it returns it to the right place.

Some alternatives: dragging from list A copies the item into the sortable list B and if the item is returned it just removes it from list B

Ajax: I started using ajax to add items from list A into B, but the dragging to reorder list B didn't seem to work with the delegate adding.

At that point I just got a bit confused ... Any help with direction here would be appreciated whilst I try to get a working sample for you to check. Thanks.
