Yes, I'm using PrimeFaces ( http://www.primefaces.org/ ) which is a JavaServer Faces framework. However, the UI components are based on YUI and to skin them I have to use YUI CSS.

Under the hood, it's not using YUI's Layout Manager. It's using a jQuery one.

It's using YUI for the Accordion, but not the layout.

Here is the source of the page, you can see that it's including jQuery and a jQuery layout tool.
