Your bug tracker (Trac) enhancements

I noticed that your ticketing system based on Trac. It appears that you have made some improvements or at least have made major customizations some of the templates. Can somebody share a little bit about how Trac was utilized and what enhancements you have made (templates, plugins created/used)? Has any of your work made it to trac-hacks.org?

Thanks!
Brian

Our tracker is "sort of" based on Trac. It's custom and fully written in PHP. We originally went with Trac but it couldn't handle the number of tickets plus the number of users that we encounter daily. So I had to rewrite it in PHP and extend it to our needs.

In case you weren't aware, Wez Furlong did a PHP rewrite of Trac called mtrack.
It can be found here: http://mtrack.wezfurlong.org
