Mouse over not working on MenuBar

I have implemented the menu across every page and it works fine. However there is one page that seems to cause the menu some problems, particularly when the menu is moused over the sub menu appears and then disappears even though the mouse is still over it, also there menu items don't highlight on mouse over.

Are there any common factors that would cause such behaviour?

Solved it myself.

The script /yui/build/menu/menu.js was being added twice to the page, once the duplicated script tag was removed regular functionality resumed
