Newbie Forum?

Does anyone think it would be a good idea to have a newbie forum where very basic YUILibrary questions get answered, walkthroughs on how to start using YUI exist, and where YUI beginners could feel more comfortable?

If this already exists, please delete and PM me. :) Thanks.

I understand that the documentation tab of the site does have a lot of information and examples that people can source, however it could be nice for new users to have a little direction while going through the examples if a newbie forum were available for help/guidance.

I found you have curiosity of yuilibrary.com

This library is for professional web developers.

the pre-requisite for understanding this library involves education of DOM, javascript, CSS, etc.

some books to read ,which will help, are Javascript:The Good Parts by Crockford , High Performance Javascript by Zakas , Javascript Web applications by MacCaw.

I'm a professional .NET developer with all your listed pre-requisites who would prefer to use YUI over jQuery.

I've read plenty of books on programming including the first two you listed by Douglas Crockford and Nicholas Zakas.

I just think it would be nice for people who are trying to adopt YUI to be able to utilize the community and interact with people who will know more than them about YUI.

Merely a suggestion.
