YUI phploader meta 3.4.1

Hi,

in addition to Ticket #26 (http://yuilibrary.com/projects/phploader/ticket/26) for using the YUI PHPloader with 3.4.1:
- Please, could somebody provide us the meta files? Or
- Is there a recipie for creating the meta files so we can create them by our own?

For some reason our build didn't push my changes up to Github with regards to packaging.

The current PHPLoader will not work with 3.4.x meta-data, some modifications to the underlying Loader logic need to be changed in order for this to work.

This should be up on the YUI repo sometime today.
