Drag and Drop rows in 2.8

On the roadmap it is mentioned that DnD rows are coming to datatables. I can't seem to find the ticket(s) in the 2.8 that talk to drag and drop rows. Are they coming any time soon (or in git?). Any idea when they'll be ready?

Mark,

Row drag & drop is coming to YUI 2.8.0 as a code example. Because we don't have our examples up on GitHub yet, you can't check that out until the release goes out. We are expecting to release 2.8.0 within 2 weeks.

The reason I'm asking is that I scraped together examples from around the net to build my own drag and drop datatable class but I'm sure it could be improved. I'm re-rendering the table each time I complete a drag and drop.
