Hey all. I had another question about charts, this time about perf. I'm near completing what I wanted to accomplish with charts, but I'm starting to notice that rendering performance is severely impacted once I start getting over about 500 data points.

http://jsfiddle.net/gYzy6/ (Note: I'll have to apologize for the wall of data pts you'll have to look at in this example. The data is what will be returned from an API call. Sorry for the cryptic-looking code too, I wanted to keep it relatively close to how I'm using it. ) It's ~1200 pts in a numeric and time axis stacked column chart and it takes about 10 secs to render in Chrome for me. Is there anything I can do to improve perf in this case or am I just at the edge bounds of what charts can handle comfortably?

My series of about 10 charts was taking ~2 minutes in firefox 3.6.4 in BSD to render in yui 3.3.0 and is now down to 5-6 seconds in yui 3.4.0 Not sure what you've changed, but it's a big improvement.
