onDragDrop behaves randomly

I have two html tables. I am dragging a html row from source table to destination table using DDProxy. Source table is a object of DDTarget and rows are objects on DDLists. Same with the destination table. Now when I drag a row from source to destination the onDragDrop method is not called always. Could anyone please help me suggesting a appropriate solution.

I tried a lot of scenes but could not get to root cause of the problem.
Help will be really appreciated...
