YUI MenuBar with expanding column?

Is it possible to create a menubar with an auto-expanding column in the middle? I would like the last item to be against the right edge of it's container.

You should just be able to target the last menu item with some CSS and float it to the right instead of the left.

That mostly works. I'll also need to add a lefthand border to the leftmost item in the group floating right in order to make the buttons consistent.
