error in uploader-min.js

error in uploader-min.js

when trying the example in http://sspencer.github.com/yui/uploader ... /demo.html it gives the following error

Y is not defined
gallery-uploader-min.js()
[Break on this error] var getCN = Y.ClassNameManager.getClassName

I got the gallery-uploader-min.js source code from http://github.com/sspencer/yui3-gallery ... ader/js%2F site..

can any body know how to solve the above error ?
