How can I build configuration properties into my App

I have an app that has around 40 view extensions. This is a generic framework and based on the needs of the client I want to enable disable some. All the configuration should be at the server side and then just passed to the client side.

My is scattered across several modules that I have witten. How i can pass a common config object to all my Views ?
