firefox datatble tbody: when focused tbody has dotted border

Hi,
I'm using Firefox under OSX, whenever click on datatatable or when datatable is focused, it seems to have dotted border. Only happen on firefox, not on chrome.

Wonder anyone have this problem, and how to solve this?
