There are times that the geolocation hangs, and if your site is dependent on the geolocation logic, then nothing can happen. I think a timeout value should be a configuration property that you pass into the Y.geolocation function. Probably it should just fire the failure function when timing out and ensure that future successful GEO calls don't fire.
