yui3 how to work in no network

Hi,
Off the network how to use yui3.3.0？I am running in the LAN environment using yui3 written procedures, reported "Y.one is not function" error.

You need to download the release zip, expand it inside your web root and host the files yourself:

http://yuilibrary.com/download/yui3/
