Hi Evan:

Your book looks great and I'm looking forward to reading it!

In your CSS grids section, will you show some examples on how to add minimum and maximum widths and dynamic equal-height columns to the fluid grid?

Hi Rich,

Thanks so much for your kind words! For the Grids section, no -- unfortunately it only shows some basic usage patterns. I'd like to add a more complex recipe, but the draft is actually due at the end of the month, so it's crunch time for the Node.js+YUI chapter and a couple of others.

Evan - do you have any idea when this will be ready for the rough cuts? I am *desperate* for this book

I would also make a good reviewer from the "complete novice" perspective

By the way, for those of you who missed YUIConf 2011, we announced a PDF sample pack available of the cookbook's first three chapters.
