YUI3 Custom Module not working in IE7

This following custom module code is working fine in Firefox but in IE7 it is throwing the following error:

Error: 'pbeeep.tabview' is null or not an object

Any ideas as to why this is not functioning properly in IE?

Quick update. This seems to be working for me this morning with no changes. The only thing I can imagine is that I wasn't properly clearing some cache and was not executing the current version of the files.
