YUI 3.0 Overlay Support

The YUI site states that the Overlay implementation in 3.0 is BETA. Is this accurate and if so, when is this functionality planned to go GA?

We have some code that uses the 2.7.x line and want to migrate to 3.0, but not any functionality that is still in 3.0 beta status.

Hi,

If you check out the YUI3 roadmap:
http://yuilibrary.com/projects/yui3/roadmap
you'll see that "Production quality Widget Architecture" is listed as a goal for 3.1, due in Q1 2010. I suppose that includes Overlay.
