It's a compatible problem with IE9,when using IE8 or using IE9 with IE8 modes, this problem will not occur.
The problem was found when I poped a panel from a button built in the datatable row, and the panel was not shown, but the data-table high-lighted, and when mouse moved in the center, the panel content will show and mix with the datatable, when mouse moved out, the panel content will disappear.
After testing, I found that this might be datatable-scroll problem, when the datatable is not defined with scrollable(thus it will scroll with outer div), this problem will not occur, but if scrollable defined, it seems the datatable-scroll level div will conflict to overlay panel.
