How could I load latest development version?

How could I use the YUI development version in my current project?

I specifiy the https://github.com/yui/yui3/blob/3.6.0pr3/build/yui/yui-min.js, but it will load 3.5.0 uploader older than 3.5.1.

My code as below,

The correct CDN link is the following:
http://yui.yahooapis.com/3.6.0pr4/build/yui/yui-min.js
