Only scrolls to nodes higher up the page

If I have a long page and wish to scroll to a node which is currently off screen bellow the current position, then it does not scroll. If I wish to scroll to a node which is currently off screen above the current position then it does work as expected.

You can try the above, clicking on "Scroll to position 3" does nothing, but scrolling down to position 3 and clicking "Scroll to position 1" does work.

Nice catch. That's a bug. I'll push a fix in the next CDN build.
