The TabView does not currently work with Y.Widget.Anim because it does not change the visibility of the widget.

However, previously there was a Widget for YUI2 that enabled animation: http://www.yuiblog.com/blog/2008/05/20/ ... g-tabview/

It would be nice if someone can write a plugin for TabView that enables animation.

I have been trawling through the code for TabView, and I believe that this should occur on the "selectChange" event in Y.Tab. However, I only found the binding for "selectChange" and was not able to find the area where selectChange is fired.

In addition, there is a Y.Tab and Y.TabView, however, I wasn't able to find anything in Y.TabView that references Y.Tab.

So, if someone could write a gallery module that enables animation for Y.TabView, it would be awesome!
