How can I style or design a form

Hallo,
is there anywhere an example to design the form (gallery-form)?

I use a JSON configuration object to render the form. Is there a way to render a table with a column for the labels an one for the input fields? I have seen some properties called <type>_TEMPLATE in gallery-form.js. Can I manipulate the "templates"?
