Is YUI Gallery required to have same browse support as YUI?

I didn't find any doc or notice requiring that YUI Gallery contributed should have same graded browser support as YUI. Just ask to confirm.

Hello Morgan Cheng,

YUI Gallery is user submitted content, so YUI really has no control over what browsers are supported by any given Gallery module. It's up to the individual module owners to determine that and to make that information available.
